Do guys not like girls who are shy?

i am shy and i hae neer had a boyfriend before and honestly i do not think any guy has liked me. My only friends are girls and they talk to soo many guys and i do not hae any guy friends or guys that i talked to. Poeple i knowv mvake fun of me for neer haing a boyfriend and i am tried of it so i want suggestions on this question. Please
