How often should i dust my mealworms with calcium that has 3d for my leopard gecko a week?

i dust my leopard geckos mealworms twice a week wensdays and sundays but i see that there is not that much calcium going on the mealworms shoulde i wet the mealworms so the powder goes on them or shoulde i dust thrm more often like every day or every 3 days?????? i know about crickets but i cant get them often so i wabt to know about MEALWORMS
