I have a sunburn question..?

I went to the lake 2 days ago and got burnt on half my legs and foot and little on my thigh and my shoulders and arms. But i noticed that i hae red dots on the areas where im burnt and this may not have anything to do with it but my head has been stopped up since i got this sunburn. But does anyone know why my sunburn is doing this. And do you know any quick remedies to make me peel so it can get away quicker.
