If civil war was to break out in any given European nation state,which one is most likely to experience this?

With the E.U open borders policies,coupled with the increased Islamic migration to all major Western European countries ? Is civil disobedience avoidable or is it inevitable and if so in which country will this be likely to happen 1st?
