Is Islam is the ONLY Religion that denies another Religion?

That's pretty weird because I thought Islam actually validates the existence of Jesus as a messenger of God, (but there is a little confusion about what happened to him on the cross etc) but Christians don't even acknowledge the existence of Mohammed as a prophet. So who's really denying who here?
