Questions about the Ray Allen PE 13s?

Hi i live in Boston and im planning on getting the Ray Allen player exclusive 13s and i have a couple questions about them. First off how much is retail? Will they come in gs sizes? if anyone in boston knows will i hae to camp outside even though they're coming out in a mall, and if so what time should i be there? how many pairs are being released? and last how much do you think they will rise in price? please try to answer these they coming out july,16,2011 please try to answer.
