Why is West Indies cricket board doing this?

I haven't heard this news but I wouldn't be surprised...the WICB have proved their incompetence time and time again and are contributing to the general malaise and stagnation which has taken hold of West Indies cricket in recent years. Its sad for cricket fans of whatever nationality to see West Indies cricket in such a poor state I think.
