Windows7 firewall won't let me get on the internet!!!?

I try to get on the internet an it say unsafe an when I try to say continue unprotected it shows the same page again?! An I don't even have the windows 7 firewall registration key much less hae I ever bought a firewall!!! I went into settings an it says the firewall is disabled but I still cant get on the internet?! PLLLLZZZZ HELP!!!
