39 weeks 1 day, 3 cm, what do you think?

Ok so I know the real answer is everyone is different. I am just looking for your experience or what you think. I was 2cm for 2 weeks, at the Dr yesterday I am 3cm now. After the dr I did have a little pink discharge. Any ideas how long till I have this baby? I am so ready!! By the way this is my 2nd baby. I did only hae a 4 hour labor with my first.
