Calvinist thinkers: Was Adam free to sin? How was a good creation, able to do evil?

Adam had freewill. So do we. Jesus died for our sins -- all sins. The only sins that will not be forgiven, is the sin of unbelief. Also understood to be the blasphemy of the Holy Spirit.
