Does this mean im fat?

I am 13 and I weigh 165 and I am 5'8 so am I fat? and I kindove have a big stomache and any ways I can get rid of it? i feel so insecure people are always calling me fat but adults say im not fat? and if you hae curves does that mean your fat?
