To make the sum easier, multiply both numbers (to make it equal) by 10 as thats how many times you need to multiply the second number (0.3) to make it a whole number. Then you have two whole numbers and you can divide 15720 (Remember both numbers are multiplied by 10) by 3. You can do this using the bush shelter method and it will give you the answer of 5240. Check it with a calculator if you want.
